This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. Hop on your bike and discover the many cycling and mountain bike routes. But you can also walk from your accommodation to your heart's content in the area. The center of the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer can be reached in 20 e-bike minutes. Do you want to work in peace? Then we will set up a workplace for you.

Our B&B is located on the top floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst. You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. (Breakfast is provided free of charge by us.)

In onze ruime, beschutte tuin staat, op ruime afstand van ons woonhuis, ons Hermits House, een tiny house. Naast het huisje staat een aparte sanitaire ruimte. Deze ruimte bestaat uit een (warme) buitendouche en een composttoilet. De tuin rondom het Hermits House staat tot uw beschikking. Plaatsen van een tent bij het huisje is mogelijk.

Detached Plattelandslodge Salland

Relax completely in a recently completely renovated lodge in the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The lodge is located in the middle of the countryside of the village of Broekland and consists of two parts. The accommodation itself consists of a new kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, with beautiful views of the rustic surroundings. Next to the lodge, you have access to the garden room, where you can relax in a rural room, with an atmospheric wood stove and lovely sofas.

Welcome to our nature cottage on the Eikelhof, in the outskirts of Deventer. Here in the middle of the countryside, we offer you an escape from the hustle and bustle of the day. We have converted our former young cattle barn into 2 rural rooms where comfort and authenticity go hand in hand. On our terrace, you can enjoy the view of our meadows, while our curious cows keep you company. Due to the safety in and around our cottage, it is not suitable for children.

Nature Home “Gastenverblijf De Kleine Hazerij” is located nearby the village of Heino in the province of Overijssel and is fully equipped. A comfortable sitting and dining area, fully equipped open kitchen, spacious double bed and bathroom. French doors lead to the furnished terrace adjacent to natural beauty with biological arable and forest.

The Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle are a short drive away. Your own kitchen has a fridge, coffee maker and microwave.

Spend the night in nature

This tree house is located in the back of the garden on the border of forest and countryside, surrounded by the Salland coulissen landscape. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a large veranda to sit and enjoy the sunset, upstairs is the bedroom. The highlight is the view from the veranda on the first floor between the trees. The area lends itself well to cycling and hiking in nature. Optional: wood-fired hot tub that is warm upon arrival. (60 euros)
