On three open floors (80 square meters) are the kitchen with a small conservatory, the living room with satellite TV and sofa bed and a bedroom with a king-size bed as well as a daylight bathroom and guest toilet. A place like home. A quiet but still central location. Free-time parks/ zoos can be reached very quickly. The amenities in the house are also tailored to the small residents.
