Four bedrooms, a large living area with open kitchen, bar, dining table and wood-burning stove provide comfort. The highlight is the wellness bath with underfloor heating, steam sauna function, infrared cabin and optional sauna. Large natural garden, barbecue area, fitness area, 3 parking spaces and very good transport connections.

Donkey hikes, nature and gardening, creative workshops and coaching can be booked on site. In the heart of the Fichtel Mountains, a good starting point for hiking and cycling tours.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. The apartment is on the first floor of a historic and listed building from 1815. Furnished with a cozy box spring bed, dining area, sitting area and fully equipped kitchen as well as bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. The courtyard invites you to relax and barbecue (gas grill available).

The cottage with a capacity of max. 14 people in the quiet village of Zhorec nearby Bezdruzice. The accommodation offers an equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathroom, two double rooms with the possibility of an extra bed, a family room for four people and a sleeping loft for another four people. The building includes a spacious garden and our farm pets. Driving distance to Marienbad and many other interesting places.
