A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. More than one night sofa bed bedding/towels will be provided. With idyllic countryside surroundings, this new build is perfect for either business or leisure.

The town and Supermarkets are a 5 minuet drive away. East Midlands Airport & Donington Race track only 10 minuet drive away. M1 Junction 23 is 3 miles. The Stables is above unused stables and a perfect retreat for a few nights away. The farmhouse and hosts are on the other side of the yard with no view of the stable block hence its very private.
