Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was even better than the photos, stylish, super clean, and really thoughtfully put together. The location made it easy to explore the city but also felt like a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Check-in was smooth and the host was great with communication throughout. Would happily stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

This is our second stay in the basement flat and it serves our purpose extremely well. Our family of three fits perfectly, we are walking distance to our family nearby and everything we need in terms of shops, restaurants and more is either walkable or a short drive away. Sam is very responsive and we are due to return for the end of our stay.

Martin has a beautiful place. It is at the perfect location with everything you need. It is walking distance from many things. It is definitely recommended for every who is visiting Toronto. I also would like to say the Martin is very accommodating host. I appreciate the help and recommending this to everyone.

Julie was a terrific host. Flexible, kind, open and very communicative. Her home was lovely and very easy to feel at home. We really enjoyed staying here and with her. We'll be coming back!

Amazing location! Just a 10-minute walk to both King Street and Queen Street, and about 30 minutes to the CN Tower. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Since the building is older, we could occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience.

Michelle was a fantastic host! Space was as described and the location was perfect and just what we were looking for. Would absolutely book here again if going to Toronto!

Steven place is amazing and he was very responsive. My family loved to stay there and I will recommend it again to any of my friends visiting us from abroad.

Farshid and his wife, Maria, were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and accommodating. Their place is very nice and is in a good location. The kitchen had everything we needed and the layout of the house is also very good. They provided slippers and had different sizes of towels for us to use. They live at the basement but they have a separate entrance from the Airbnb unit. Such is an ideal arrangement since it’s easy for them to go to the unit in case we need anything. For example, we just take out the trash in front of the main entrance of the unit and Farshid and Maria take it away. The parking is at the back of the house so we first park at the front of the house if there’s anything heavy that we need to load or unload. We really had a very nice time in their place and we hope to come back in the future. Thanks Farshid and Maria!

We had a great time — this is a quiet, safe neighborhood for kids with several great stores in the area and easy access to Toronto.

Great place to stay for a longer time like we needed. Frank was always very responsive. A good location as well, its not a long drive to shops and restaurants but the house itself is in a fairly quiet area. Would definitely stay here again if a need arises.

Great place to stay when racing at CTMP for the weekend. Clean place, and a thoughtful, welcome bakset of goodies that was wonderful to see after a long day! I would stay again!

Beautiful home, cozy and modern. Was a little dirtier than I expected it to be. Baseboards look like they’ve never been cleaned and lots of dust on everything. Walls could use a good washing as well. Inside Microwave and oven were not cleaned either. Overall I would stay here again.

Really beautiful place! Akwasi was a great host and very responsive. There was a plumbing issue outside of his control that made us need to leave early, but he handled it well and would definitely stay again!

Very cozy, beautiful, tidy and well-decorated place. It has everything you need in the house, utensils, towels and plenty of space. Close to a supermarket and park. The host was very attentive and proactive. I would definitely come back!

The stay at Jannette’s place was extremely good, She is super responsive and supportive ! The place is very well managed and it always felt like home. The kitchen was good and had all the things available even the cooking material was well in place. Parking was super easy and safe. Overall the place is highly recommended, especially when someone wants a family place to stay ! Friendly neighbourhood was a PLUS ! Hats off to Team Jannette ! Keep up the Good Work ! Would def. We stayed in this villa for 8 days. This villa is very clean, warm and comfortable, with all kinds of facilities. Its geographical location is very good, close to the city center, close to a beautiful park, and the environment is very good. We had a very pleasant holiday here. When we encountered some small problems, the housekeeper quickly solved or helped us. It was very heartwarming. We look forward to the opportunity to come here in the future.

Valentina is a responsive and gracious host. Her place is very clean, feels new, and is well represented by the pictures. All of the beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed in the living room. What made us feel particularly at home was having everything we needed, such as plenty of USB ports, filtered water, and ziplop bags. You can hear things outside, but at night it was quiet. The location is great, in walking distance to Kensington market, Chinatown, a supermarket, and lots of shops and restaurants on King, Queen, and Dundas Streets. We had a car so we used the underground garage which has a nearby exterior entrance. I'd read the comments about the homeless encampment before booking. It's just a few tents in the park and I still felt safe walking my dog in the park. There were families at the playground and people playing pickleball. Valentina's place is indeed an oasis of comfort in an urban setting. I would definitely stay there again!
