Everything you need, presented beautifully. Great place to stay and catch up with friends and family. Peaceful to look over the water and it was handy to lots of things. Shelly is the perfect host and is so very thoughtful, even baking delicious cookies for us. Highly recommend.

A cozy living area features two accent chairs in warm hues, complemented by a rich, patterned area rug. Natural light floods the space through large glass doors, which provide an inviting view of the outdoor area and enhance the vibrant decor.

We loved our stay at Gayle's . Place. The decor is so bright and cheerful and liked the fact we could bring our fur babies. Super impressed with how well stocked it was with cooking utensils and loved that there was even some supplies for cooking ❤️ Comfortable, warm and gorgeous outdoor areas.

Three double bedrooms all with Queen Size beds & wardrobes. Freshly renovated bathroom plus an extra toilet. This fully equipped house has all the "mod cons" including wifi, full kitchen supplies, laundry and air conditioning. There is even room to park your boat!

The 2 ensuite bedrooms have queen beds. Separate office for those traveling on business. PVC blinds enclose the large north facing deck featuring dining and sitting areas. Watch the ducks, herons, swans and other water birds as the sun goes down. Lakefront unfenced, therefore unsuitable for under 12's.

Our family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers stayed here after an overnight tramp- Edward’s place was 5 star luxury!! The shower is awesome, there’s a washing machine and dryer, a SMEG dishwasher, SMEG oven and a fridge that makes ice! All the appliances and fittings are high-quality. Everything feels really nice. Lovely beds and linen. Awesome view from the deck. Essentials like oil, vinegar, tea, coffee and coffee plunger are in the well kitted out kitchen. We enjoyed cooking a hearty meal playing cards and watching a movie. It is minutes from Lake Waikaremoana great walk start or finish- perfect location.!

A nice quiet rural dwelling. Comfortable large living area with two bathrooms. Out door BBQ and seating was a bonus. We were a group of 6 adults who used the dwelling as a base for a 5 day golf trip in the Bay of Plenty. Lovely modern kitchen with large 8 seater dining table. Very peaceful location. Handy to Matata and Whakatane. Neryda was always available to be contacted by phone if we needrd anything. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

A new 9-meter heated swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decking and a safety fence. A single lounge chair is positioned beside the pool, enhancing the outdoor relaxation space. The clear blue water reflects sunlight, creating a calming ambiance.

We had a fantastic stay in Adrienne’s place whilst visiting family living close by. We enjoyed the family orientated spaces and the kids loved the pool and table tennis table. The kitchen allowed us to cook and dine altogether which was a really lovely thing to be able to do with our extended family and we enjoyed movies and boardgames in the evening afterwards. It’s a fab house and well worth the money🙌 Adrienne has all bases covered when it comes to kitchen equipment, utensils, consumables, towels, blankets etc. it really was a home away from home for us our only regret was that we couldn’t have booked it for longer. When we return we will definitely hoping we can book here again 🙏Many thanks to Adrienne again for sharing this special family space with us🙌
