We have lived in the "Lenzi" since 2018 and rent one half to holiday guests. It is secluded in the middle of the forest between Munich, Rosenheim and Tegernsee. Our lovingly restored stable house is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Private entrance, fireplace room with comfortable leather armchairs and sofas, kitchen-living room and toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, balcony on the corridor, library, bathroom. Outdoor spaces available. Pets allowed for a fee.

With the sunny roof terrace and the central location, this apartment leaves nothing to be desired.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

My apartment is in the beautiful Mangfall Valley in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (OT Feldkirchen). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich region or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. The nearby Westerhamer train station and the Aying S-Bahn station offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim.

Hikes on the Taubenberg and the Mangfall directly from the front door. My apartment is near Munich (45 km) and is within the so called "Oberland" upper land with its mountains and lakes. The apartment is cosy and light with a comfortable double bed, kitchen and bath room. Perfect for couples, singels, adventurers and also for business people.

Detached wooden house in a very quiet location

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
