The perfect home base for exploring the North Coast, this quiet and peaceful farmhouse was originally built in 1914. Ocean view from the backyard and main bedroom. Located on a large, pastoral lot in one of the most desirable areas of Trinidad. This adorable house has been completely remodeled and now has all the modern conveniences. A few minutes walk to College Cove and Trinidad State parks to the south as well as a "secret" beach located at Martin Creek trail just to the north. Close to town.

The kitchen features dark cabinetry and a central island with three stools. A skylight adds natural light, illuminating modern appliances and counter space. Framed artwork adorns the walls, and a window offers views of the surrounding greenery.
