Ann’s property very save & secure place, private , clean & private area. Ann & her husband very kind & friendly, the inside property very clean & calm, very big spaces, they are allowed for using own kitchen, when we was here, feel own house & very relaxing, shop are walkable distance, easy access to everything, very beautiful roads& area. You can arrange for vehicle easily, very worth for money, you can’t find the another place for this price, very cheap prices, I highly recommend for this property, thank you so much Ann. 😊😊👍🏻❤️

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! This was our second time staying at Don’s beautiful home, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The house is very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, truly a relaxing place to stay. Siluna’s place is a hidden gem. Surrounded by nature in a peaceful village, it’s the perfect escape. The caretakers made me feel like part of the family, and the food—fresh from the garden—was absolutely amazing. They also gave great local tips. Don’t think twice, just book it!

Jay's place was really great for a 1 night stay. The area was quiet, peaceful and surrounded by lush greens. It was easy to get around with a car. As a host, both Jay and Vino were very helpful and responsive even late at night. Pleasant stay overall.

The villa is great .. Swimming pool is good .. The communication is easy and good .. Maybe the only one thing that if you are expecting a privacy in your staying i will tell you don't .. There is a nice guy his name Lalith he is a caretaker living next to the pool .. And offering us every help we need .. He is cooking good food .. Only that Colombo is about 25 to 30 minutes by car .

Tilak and Sriyanthi are warm, attentive, and responsive hosts. Flat is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with easy access to anything one might need. Being able to share a space with Tilak's art was a real privilege — I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when in Colombo.

I’m extremely fussy when it comes to cleanliness, and this place exceeded all expectations. Every corner was spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. You could tell that real care and pride go into looking after this property. It honestly felt like walking into our own home but better! Gayan’s attention to detail made the stay even more special. Everything we needed was provided, and more. Check-in was easy, the location was perfect, and we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. First of all, I want to thank the wonderful landlady Gayani, she did everything to change our stay in Sri Lanka. Very sensitive, kind and caring landlady, we felt at home. One of the best apartments we have visited, an incredibly beautiful place, panoramic windows, the view from the window will delight you every day, birds singing, a great pool and a gym. In real life, the apartments look exactly like in the photos. A little far from the main attractions, but if you love comfort and silence, then these apartments are ideal! We will definitely come again, thank you.

Sudam's place was very clean and a quite place with all things I wanted. walking distance to supermarket and restaurants, Sudam is respectful and quite easy to communicate, we had a pleasant stay and highly recommend.

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

As per the pics and Ramesha was a great host. Late check out was available which was really good. AC worked well and washing machine was fab. WiFi also fast and easy to connect to. Rooftop gym and pool also good.

Great deal for central colombo - you get the view of the lotus tower and the temple on the water is in walking distance. The place itself has really good air con and a smart TV. Bed was comfy and everything was clean! Deen and the security downstairs were all really friendly and made sure we were okay

We really enjoyed our stay here, the flat was great - really spacious, clean and modern. The view was incredible also, and the aircon worked really well. Sathii was very quick at responding to any queries. I am already planning to revisit here when I am back in Sri Lanka. Thank you

I had a comfortable stay here! The location is very convenient! what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, including a lovely view of the city. While it might seem a bit far from the center at first glance, it’s actually not. Tuktuks are always available right downstairs, and there's also a mini mart for essentials. The house has most of the amenities you’d need, and the bottles of water in the fridge were a really thoughtful touch. The host was also quick to respond and solve any issues I had. Definitely recommended!

I was coming to Colombo on my own and looking for a one bedroom apartment. Had stayed at On320 and Luna on Union Place before so knew the area quite well. Anu’s apartment was a gem of a place. Pristine and exactly like the description and photos, it is on the 25th floor so doesn’t get too much traffic noise from the streets below. Well decorated and has all the equipment one needs for a quality stay. This will suit a single traveller or a couple perfectly. I didn’t use the pool or sun deck/gym as I was out every day but they looked very nice. The place is safe and secure and I was coming and going at all times of day and night and felt completely at ease. Plenty of supermarkets within a couple of mins and the Colombo City Centre Mall is a 10 min walk where there are retail stores, a very good sports bar plus the Marriott has a great bar that gives good views of the Colombo cityscape. I am so grateful that Anu hosted me, and will definitely check to see if this is available next time.

The apartment has a good location, it's quiet and there are nice restaurants and cafe's nearby. The apartment itself is super clean and big. The A/C in the bedroom is perfect to keep the room in a good temperature for sleeping. Dulica is very friendly, she even bought us some water due to the upcoming easter holidays (in case the supermarkes would be closed on the holiday). We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Highly recommend. Great location and close to everything.
