We were group of 15, in all age group from 11 to 88. Everyone had such a wonderful stay at your place. We had a personal attention on all arrangements by Ganesh n Shailaja. Apartments are clean, comfortable. Their staff were very helpful.. prime location.. We will recommend this place to our relatives and friends..

Location is great. Few minutes walk to amenities and restaurants. The host, Arjuna was quick to respond and assisted with all our queries and got us items we required. There is an assistant at the premises always should you require immediate assistance. The apartment is spacious and clean. Great breeze too.

Very amiable, went to extra ordinary lengths to help guests, response times was very short, nothing was too difficult for the host. Apartment was as described. Convienent location, easy access to transport, shops, super markets. No hesitancy in recommending. If need be will be back.

This apartment is pristine and clean, finished to a high standard and is brilliantly situated. Anything I asked of Shamail was responded to, delivered or advised as if it wasn't any trouble at all. My family stayed one night in this apartment when visiting Colombo and really had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the apartment fully equipped. We could have stayed in all day and would have been very comfortable. A true home from home, with the added bonus of having Shamail on hand who catered to our every need. Thank you! 5 stars!

Great stay , very affordable would definitely recommend

Just what we needed for our week-long workation during a visa run! The apartment had everything: well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, good shower, and plenty of space for yoga. The table and couch made working easy, and the balcony was perfect for sunset views. For us, the biggest plus were the strong Wifi and the big enough pool for swim training. And being right at the beach in a great location just made it even better. Would definitely stay again!

A great place to base yourself in Negombo. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was great and most importantly we were able to arrange a driver and lots of local day trips via the host. An excellent experience all round!

The room is cozy, feels just like staying at our home

One of the best Airbnb experiences ever. I routinely travel around the world and stay mostly in Airbnbs. This place was among one of the very best. Extremely clean, had all the necessary appliances etc. Great internet access (speed and reliability was fabulous). They have a backup generator that kicks in within a few seconds of a power loss. Stunning views of colombo and the gym, pool and rooftop garden area was also great. If its available you should book it.

Highly highly recommended !!!!!!! I wish I could stay longer ,unfortunately I choose this place on the last day of my stay in Srilnaka. Place was really nice, we were there for a week. Very private and nice place to stay and then go discover Columbo with tuktuks! The room was equipped with AC and ceiling fan which was very much appreciated 👍. The bed was really nice and big (I'm tall haha) and we had hot water for shower. Nice pool at the top floor,we didn't had time to use it but seemed really nice!

we just completed our 5 Nights stay at Arjun's Apartment. Arjun and his wife personally came to check us in. We have never experienced such caring and honourable & sweet hosts. Arjun is a Very proactive host and has no problems whatsoever in helping his guests. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in a very good location close to a Nice Mall, Restaurants, Cafes and a Very nice Park with lots of green spaces and walking paths. Do not hesitate to book this apartment, you will not regret it. Great house, someone will come every Saturday to clean the house

Great Stay !! This place is very conveniently located in Colombo. Very calm and quiet surrounding. They do have very good security, don’t have to worry staying alone. Very clean and well organized apartment with ample spacing. Very impressive to see the separate bins to collect Paper, Food waste and Plastic, which also collected daily. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the place is very close by to the grocery stores if you want to buy anything. Thanks to their speedy wifi connection I was able to finish my truck load of work during my stay. Host is very professional and responsive. Made sure all my queries are answered right away. He gave me very attractive discount which is beyond my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone !!

Sapara is an absolute hidden gem. My room was immaculate—spacious, modern, and spotless, with a huge, ultra-comfy bed. Great place!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The place itself was cozy, clean and comfortable . Kabindran was incredibly helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Kalum was an amazing host, the place was spotless. He was also quite accommodating with a late night check in which was a godsend. The place was private and well cared for. Overall couldn't recommend more.
