We have four, spacious and very comfortable self-contained 2 bedroom cottages. Each cottage can sleep up to 5 people. 1 bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom with 3 single beds, all bedding and bath towels are provided. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave and fridge. A wood fire located in the open plan lounge room and dining area and a private verandah with an outdoor setting and barbeque overlooking the dam and valley.

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. Nestled between Collie and Donnybrook, close by to Balingup and the Ferguson Valley with the Bibbulmun Track and Glen Mervyn Dam on the doorstep. The cottage is cosy with a modern ensuite, a wood burning fire and spectacular views. Also suitable for solo adventurers, business travellers or couples with an infant.

Step inside, and you'll find a comfortable living space that retains its original charm while offering everything you need. It’s good value for money, however if you prefer new and shiny this may not be the house for you. It’s well maintained and built in the 1940s.
