Fabulous townhouse - very comfortable, and we loved the new bathroom. It is even nicer than in the photos! Well stocked with lots of kitchen/pantry/laundry/cleaning items, better than most other places we have stayed. We appreciate the welcome treats (thanks Michelle!). Liked being able to walk to a choice of nearby supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. We also loved the effective air conditioning on the 40 degree days! Would highly recommend.

In terms of perfect location for Scarborough beach it doesn't get any better in where the apartment was located, prime location for the beach front and surrounding bars, cafes and amenities. The apartment itself was beautiful and well presented with all the requirements needed for a family of 4, but in any case the location is what it's best for. The additional bonus of a sauna was great for me also to chill at night or after exercise. Definitely a gem of a find.

Fantastic location - in the centre of town. The Tap House can be loud in the evenings, so you'll want to remember to close the doors and windows at night. The bakery downstairs does an incredible Breaky Wrap and it's genuinely steps to get to anything in Cow-Town!

The house met or exceeded every one of our expectations and sits comfortably as the best airbnb property we have ever rented. It is beautifully appointed and maintained and excellent value. Additional to this was our interaction with the property owners Rosie and Vossie (Annabelle manages the Airbnb side of things on their behalf). You will struggle to find 2 more proactive, warm and friendly people anywhere. We cannot recommend them and the house enough, a well deserved 10/10 from us!

This is handsdown the cleanest and most well-equipped AirBNB I have ever stayed in. The house is immaculately presented and there is nothing that has not been thought of. It is an easy walk to the mainstreet, cafes, and supermarkets. I would recommend this house to anyone requiring accommodation in Albany.
