Very private with separate driveway and off-street parking. Beautiful garden with many native birds. Five minute drive to the beach which has excellent fishing and swimming. Good bike riding around Lake Preston five minutes from the cottage, and a shady park with tennis court/basket ball hoop and free bbq 2 mins walk away

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. The Ultimate Retro Beach Shack

Our beach shack is located approximately 10km from the centre of Bremer Bay town and overlooks Short Beach. You can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes and views from the house are some of the best on the whole peninsula. PLEASE NOTE: We only take bookings 6 months in advance as this is our family holiday home. If the calendar appears booked out beyond this point, it's because we're not taking bookings yet. Please don't ask to reserve spots further in advance than this.
