The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. This circumstance and the loving furnishings contribute to an inimitable atmosphere. The pictures give you a first impression.

Bright 3-room apartment for all seasons

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

Beautiful apartment just before SPO

60 well-kept and comfortable square meters for up to 5 guests (2 on sofa bed) in the cozy village of Tating, 6 km before St. Peter-Ording. Tating is great for example, as a starting point for beautiful bike rides to SPO and on Eiderstedt or beautiful walks. All districts of SPO are about the same distance away. The apartment is located in a separate part of the building, which was built in 1998 to a listed main house. Price starts at €45/night in the low season.

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

Outside there is a terrace with a storage shed and a loggia at the top adjacent to both bedrooms. A spacious living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and fireplace is the center of the house. There is also storage space for bicycles. Even dogs are welcome here.
