Vacation rentals with a patio in West Yorkshire

The apartment was beautiful, the beds were huge along with a spacious bedroom. It was in such a good location on the dock with Tescos and pizza express about a 30 second walk away. The balcony was the best part it had a view of the canal and it was so peaceful, it was busier during the day but at night there was no noise at all. I really recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Old Brewery. The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. It looked just like the pictures and perfectly matched the description. It was the perfect base to explore the Calder Valley, we walked along the canal towpath into Hebden Bridge and caught the bus back, so handy as the bus stopped right outside the property. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

I booked the flat to go with parents to a gig at First Direct arena. It was a great location only 10 mins walk to the venue ( despite us being not very mobile). The flat was clean, spacious, well equipped and modern. We had an excellent night sleep as the beds were comfy and it was very quiet which we were surprised as the block of flats is in the city and a Saturday night. We parked on the street close by and had no trouble. Sat replied straight away and provided lots of helpful information to help us out. This trip worked really well for us. I will use again if attend another event at First Direct.

The apartment was gorgeous! The decor, the atmosphere, it was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in, and I will definitely book again in the future. Zoe’s instructions were clearly detailed, there were even a few sections that listed recommended bars/restaurants, places to go in the area and things to see. I thought that was a really nice touch to encourage anyone who stays there to explore ☺️ thank you for having us!

Great spot! My friends and I spent the long weekend whilst completing the Yorkshire 3 peaks. It was about 35 minutes drive but well worth being slightly further out than some of the other options we looked at to stay in this accommodation. It was perfect - great open plan kitchen/living space perfect for larger groups, a stunning view and the bonus was hot tub which was fab for post hike relaxing watching the golfers that backed onto the garden! Thanks Tom & Sarah for facilitating a peaceful weekend away x

arrived after a long day at work and drive from Norwich. the room was lovely. really lovely and helpful to find milk, bread etc in the fridge. thank you. coffee, tea, squash, biscuits. A nice touch. very quirky but nice space. will stay again if we come to Leeds. was delighted to say hello to the dog through the gate 😀

The cottage was perfect - it felt like a home from home as soon as we walked through the door. The hosts were friendly & approachable, ensuring that we had lots of useful local info, while not being in the least bit intrusive. Great location for accessing the Yorkshire Dales AND for being able to walk into town! Ours was a last minute booking due to a change in our plans; and it was such a lovely experience. We definitely recommend staying here.

A lovely place to stay, we all really enjoyed our time here. The welcome basket was very generous and much appreciated. The house is just as described and as seen in the photos... perfect. My husband and I stayed here with 2 friends of ours for a wedding and it was the perfect place for it. Beautifully decorated space - as shown in the pictures. Spotless and was very well equipped. Pippa was friendly, proactive and responded quickly to us. The location and surrounding countryside was beautiful with local shops and cafes within walking distance. We especially loved the walk in wardrobe which was especially great for all of us to hang our outfits for the wedding in and was fun to get ready in too. Everything was clear and easy to use. Love that there was a coffee machine with a milk frother! We had no issues during our stay and would gladly stay here again.

Such a wonderful home for our one night. We wished it could have been for longer. Everything you could want, comfy beds, great showers, neat kitchen. Dogs loved it too!

My partner and I can’t even begin to put into words how blown away we were with our stay. We stayed over for our wedding weekend, and Tracey immediately started it off strong with balloons, card, and a bottle of bubbly. The property is absolutely breathtaking. It is well decorated - a nice mix of rustic and modern decor - with a gorgeous view of the countryside. All rooms were spacious and comfortable, and made us feel right at home. Tracey was extremely easy to communicate with and ensured that our stay was perfect. We will 100% be staying again in the future, and we urge anyone that wants to book here to do it!

The Fold is a cosy self contained flat that has all the conveniences you need. Melanie was very helpful, proactive and welcoming and her home made cake was very much appreciated! If I need to stay in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s log cabin! The cabin was cozy and well-kept, set in a beautiful garden that made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Andrew was a friendly and welcoming host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant week and enjoyed being close to all amenities in Skipton as well as being an easy drive to other places of interest. Very comfortable flat and accessible for an elderly relative with us. Andrea very responsive and helpful.

Ahmeds place is simply perfect, very quiet and peaceful yet only a short stroll to busier areas. The apartment is fabulous, very modern yet cosy and comfortable. This place i would highly recommend. We are booking again for Autumn as it was fabulous. The host: Ahmed is a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment and gave us the grand tour. Very flexible with check in/out times. On hand any time if you require anything. All in all, we would give this place 10/10

I was looking for somewhere to stay after a gig at Old Woollen and this was the ideal location. Ryan sent me clear instructions in plenty of time to make finding the property straightforward. I received a warm welcome and some great recommendations for places to eat and drink during my stay. The room was immaculate, clean, comfortable and looked just like the photos. The bathroom was just as good. Highly recommended.

Historic 16th Century farmhouse annex set in its own woodland. Located in the heart of Bronte country and offering stunning panoramic views over Thornton valley. It’s a perfect location for those who enjoy privacy, yet still accessible for nearby amenities in Allerton and Bradford. Jenni and Roger are the perfect hosts! Very friendly and always on hand to offer assistance and advise if required. Ideal for business trips but even better for a getaway vacation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommended it to others! 5 Stars

This is a fabulous rental. It is beautifully appointed inside and spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s in a very quiet spot with verdant outside space and close to the buzzy pub and restaurant scene in Headingley as well as being within striking distance of Leeds city centre. Jo could not have been more helpful in terms of accommodating us and making us feel immediately at home.
