Nestled at the base of the mtns, 10-15 mins from Red Rocks, Downtown Denver, and Historical Golden, this is the perfect location to hike, bike, or climb while enjoying the city’s restaurants, breweries, and museums. 8 guests/3 cars will have full run of the newly remodeled, 2,400sqft townhome, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 balconies, patio, oversized backyard, new appliances, TVs, fooseball table, gas grill, and fire pit. We live next door with our golden retriever, Dottie. Ask us anything!

Hop on the RTD light rail to go downtown for sports events and concerts. Located within walking distance on the 6th Avenue frontage road. Our home has a guidebook available when you get here for everything that you will want to see and do. We have a strict "No Pet" policy due to allergies with owners. Thank you for understanding.

Easy day-trip to ski in Summit County, Copper, Winter Park. Yet 15 minutes to downtown Denver, 10 minutes to Red Rocks. Newly built in 2016, this spacious place can accommodate eight in comfort. High ceilings, oak floors, granite counters. Great for gatherings. Well separated bedrooms are quiet, private. High-speed wi-fi, cable/streaming.

Family Friendly! The location of the home is ideal - quiet neighborhood on the south end of Golden, away from the bustle of downtown, but only moments away from HWY470, I70, & 6th. Downtown Denver is 15 min, Red Rocks is 4 miles! This is a 3 bedroom + large office space (with pullout), 2 full bath. Closest trail access is less than a mile, we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden and breweries are just 1 mi away. Skiing is max 1 hr from our door.
