Sleeps 10 but could sleep 12 with the large couch or if you bring an airbed. There is a city park right in your backyard with a basketball court and a playground. The house has fun games to play for kids and adults, including bags to play in the yard!

The first floor is accessed by outside stairs into a massive porch. Perfect place to hang out and watch the deer. A set of stairs inside takes you to the second bedroom upstairs. The accommodations are perfect for two couples or a family of 4-5. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
