The whole neighborhood is cozy: lots of green and authentic houses and villas. The house is above all bright and spacious, a place where you like to linger. The cozy cooking and table facilities, comfortable sitting area, sunny terrace and the thoughtfully furnished rooms and bathrooms (sheets & towels included ) make it a wonderful holiday nest. Renovated farmhouse on large estate with pond, orchard, meadows with sheep and chickens. Fire basket available, possibility to barbecue. The farm is on the owners' domain, so personal touch. Feel free to ask for tips for excursions in the area. 20 km from Bruges, 25 km from Ghent, 35 km from the sea. Train station 1 km away. Numerous cycling and hiking routes run along the domain. Option to rent sauna and fully equipped dance studio (with floating dance floor, ballet bar).

It is situated in the peaceful countryside and with direct access to highways, bringing you in a short time to Bruges, Ghent, Brussels, Antwerp or the coast. It is also close to the French border. In the meadows the sheep graze, ducks and geese splash in the pond and a happy potbelly pig hops around. The house has a large sitting and dining area, a groundfloor twin room, a double room and a separate TV-room.

"De kleine glorie" is located in Snellegem, a village in the heart of the Brugse Ommeland. The perfect base for hiking and cycling in one of the numerous forests, Vloethemveld, Beisbroek or Tillegem. At 100 m, you can fish in the beautiful fishing pond. Within a 15-minute drive, you can enjoy a blissful beach walk or a dip in the sea. Combining a trip in nature with culture? De Kleine Glorie is a stone's throw from Bruges (10 km), Ostend (15 km), Ghent (50 km).

The house is fully equipped and is of course child-friendly. Elverdinge is located between Ypres and Poperinge where in Ypres, also called the Warcity, you can visit various monuments or take a nice walk around the town. The Sint Sixtus Abbey of West Vleteren is also definitely a must see!
