Vacation rentals with beach access in West Flanders

What can we say, it doesn't get any better than that. The day before arrival, we were offered an earlier check-in, which we gladly accepted. Check-in went smoothly thanks to a detailed description. Upon entering, we were greeted by a very nice, spacious, clean apartment with two bedrooms in opposite directions (so everyone had their privacy), as well as a surprise as a welcome greeting. Thanks again for that. And then........the spectacular terrace!!! View, size, amenities...simply a dream. Everything exactly as described. The apartment is completely quiet. Parking opposite the main entrance. A nice bakery is just around the corner, as well as the free ferry, the coastal tram stop and a fantastic endless beach within walking distance. A walk along the sea to Bredene (about 40 min.) to the beach bar is worthwhile. Thanks again to Thibault and Maxim. They are great hosts who also fulfilled a special request quickly. A nice vacation. We stayed as a couple in the apartment and felt immediately comfortable. The apartment was very clean and is comfortably furnished. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the large terrace. In the bed you could sleep very well. For bicycles brought along, there is a basement where you can safely store them. The kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking. The way to the sea is short, nearby there are bakers, grocery stores and restaurants. It was a very nice and relaxing holiday.

A tastefully furnished and decorated luxury apartment, in a quiet residence and in perfect condition of maintenance. The 32nd floor with two terraces gives you breathtaking views. The sun is there from morning to night. One side sea and the other side of town for breakfasts in the sun and aperitifs in the evening on the sea side, a treat. Linens are provided, up to the combo and slipper, for the shower or hot tub exit. The instructions before departure and arrival were very clear, thank you to Patricia for her warm welcome, discretion and instructions. We had a great weekend with the nice weather. I recommend it. Only downside, will be missing a parking space because be careful, parking on Ostend is very expensive. Thank you again. Christophe.

We had a great stay at this flat. It was clean, modern, and came fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances and tools we needed. The location was fantastic — close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The welcome box with essentials was a really thoughtful touch that made us feel at home right away. Clear instructions were provided for accessing the flat, garage, and garbage disposal, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. The covered parking spot nearby (not directly at the building) was convenient and easy to access. A couple of things to keep in mind: the rubbish disposal point is a bit far from the flat and only accepts 50-cent coins, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, a neighbour complainted about noise after 10 PM, even though we were just having a normal conversation among family. So it's something to be mindful of if you're planning to spend evenings in. Overall, a lovely and well-located flat that we highly recommended.

Everything was perfect!! The house is in a very good location, a 15-minute walk from the sea, in a quiet area. Clean, warm house, lots of board games, outdoor games, darts, from the toaster to the hair dryer, nothing is really missing in terms of amenities. Very good bedding as well. With five adults, we had a very nice 4-day family stay. A beautiful vacation home and quiet location. The furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. If we visit the Belgian coast again, we will contact Jozefien & Alain. Thank you.

The accommodation is nice and spacious, old-fashioned, very warm, we felt comfortable right away. The location is very nice, close to shops and the beach on foot. For a first time in Belgium it was perfect. Thanks to Huguette for hosting us.

What fun interactive communication before, during, and after our stay! The reception was very warm, the hospitality "dropped off". Nothing too short of comfort and the decor is very tasteful and executed with beautiful materials. As far as we are concerned: a very highly recommended!!

Beautiful house, incredibly beautifully designed by the architect/owner, both inside and out and with an eye for detail. Moreover, in the middle of an oasis of greenery and within walking distance of the sea with still nice addresses to discover as well. Here we really found everything that makes us happy! This gem is now at the top of our 'even-weg' list ;-)

We stayed with three generations family in this wonderful house. We had a lovely week at Mylène's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the bedding in the bedroom is very comfortable. The terrace is spacious and the sea view is beautiful. On sunny days, it's a pure pleasure to enjoy this beautiful terrace. For the grayer and windier days, you can continue to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the apartment. If you like to watch the sea "live" this is the place. Mylène's welcome is warm and she ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We'll most certainly be back!

Ideal accommodation for 1-2 people, with great views of the North Sea. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful city of Bruges, Ghent and other attractions. The apartment has everything you need, the hostess is very easy to reach and accommodating. This was our second visit to Middelkerke, and we don't rule out a third :)

Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment with great views. Children are extra pampered here. Too bad there's not enough room to store 2 electric bikes. Great location and base for exploring other things nearby.
