Very clean, comfortable cottage in wooded area. Friendly Host. Good communication - we had a small problem with the shower and that was resolved professionally immediately. Small downside: mattress of the double bed quite hard. Not everyone finds this pleasant.

Beautiful home in an ideal location, walkable to Cloth Hall, Menin Gate, and many shops and restaurants. Private garden in back is a perfect place to sit at the end of the day. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Highly recommended place to stay! One note: interior steps are steep and may be difficult for elderly guests.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely house in Bredene. The home was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were super comfy, and all the facilities were top-notch and well-maintained. The location was also ideal: peaceful yet conveniently close to shops, the beach, and local attractions. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped home away from home!

We spent two exceptional nights in this love room in Kortrijk. The place is perfectly decorated, intimate, clean and conducive to relaxation for two. Everything is thought out in detail to create a romantic atmosphere: soft lighting, private jacuzzi, ultra comfortable bed and a small special touch upon arrival. The calm of the place made this moment even better. And what about brunch? A real treat! It was excellent, very hearty, with fresh and varied products to start the day in a sweet and gourmet atmosphere. Great place to meet as a couple and disconnect from everyday life. We recommend blind eyes and will come back without hesitating!

Spacious and fully furnished house. With a group of friends and two children, we enjoyed ourselves in and around the house. Beautiful surroundings and fun opportunities for activities. Contact with the owner went smoothly. Would definitely come back here!

Perfect for family gatherings (there were 12 of us). Large entrance hall/semi-open living room with zeros arms, 1 large adjoining dining room for the evening. Rooms ideal for families (2+2 bedrooms with bathroom separation). Very nice setting with decorations and "barn" style.

We had a great time at this spacious home in De Haan as a couple with a 15 month old. An was a great host and provided a high chair and lots of toys and a playmat for our son. He had the best time playing with all the new toys, especially the ride on airplane and farm trailer. It was great having use of the hot tub while he had his naps. The kitchen was well equipped and having two tables meant we were able to do a puzzle on one and have our meals at the other. Not having the use of all the bedrooms isn't something I've come across before with Airbnb, but being in the same room worked fine for us. The room was spacious, An provided a cot, our bed was comfortable and it had shutters making it completely dark. The bathroom wasn't pictured and it took us a little by surprise due to the rest of the house having such a modern feel, but it was still functional with two sinks and a bath with a shower attachment. Would definitely book this home again if we're ever back in De Haan!

Great house that leaves nothing to be desired - had a very nice long weekend! Note: There are only 5 real bedrooms, one is in the hallway behind open swing doors upstairs.

We had a wonderful weekend with our volleyball team at Patrick's place. The place looks exactly like the photos and is ideal for activities in and around the house, as well as on the nearby beach. Particularly noteworthy is how courteously the hosts take care of the guests. About welcome gifts, a detailed tour of the property by phone, and the offer to stay in the property until 5 pm instead of 11 am (since the Wi-Fi had failed due to the network provider). We felt comfortable all around!

it is an incredibly large and modern furnished vacation home with a view of the fields! even if you are with 23 people in the house, everyone has their own retreat zone! we cooked four times with 23 people in the evening and it always worked because the kitchen is very well furnished. the beds are like in a hotel, 1a. it is a pity that the seven-bed room does not have its own bathroom. thank you very much!

Stephan is a welcoming and flexible host. He thinks along, arranges and organizes where necessary and no question was too much! The reception was warm and with good explanation. We felt very much at home in the house where nothing was missing, there was more than we could have imagined. We had a lot of fun with the hot tub and the pool table and the extensive kitchen. The beds slept wonderfully and were made up with fresh smelling linens. Top! For our friends weekend, the ideal base in an environment where sporting and cultural activities are available for picking up.

The cottage is very cosy and clean. The sauna and hot tub are top notch. Wood is abundant. The beds are nice, so definitely recommended. Ghent, Bruges and Knokke are all fun to do as a getaway from Aalter.

Our stay was simply magnificent. Hidden among the greenery in a private forest, with a gate to a field with beautiful views where you can enjoy the sun and a beautiful sunset for hours in the evening. The cottage itself is so beautiful. Equipped with every comfort: made beds, a set of towels for each guest. A fully equipped kitchen, a lovely shower. And fresh flowers from the picking garden adjacent to the cottage are everywhere in the house. We had a great weekend with the friends and will definitely come back here! Thank you for hospitality.

We were welcomed, smiling, helpful👍. A small private parking lot. We had a nice stay. The accommodation is very good. The small cava is a plus upon arrival. He has the merit of being there. The unlimited hot tub is great unlike the restriction of some other homes (2 hours max scheduled). The hot tub at 38° when you wake up is very pleasant followed by a breakfast worthy of a hotel and a feast. (coffee, tea, egg, cheese, ham, homemade yoghurt, baked goods, fresh orange juice, etc ...), a nice surprise. We asked for the address of a restaurant, I recommend "same marie to Hooglede", more than good👌. If I had a small negative point to say, I would say the noise of the road (despite the little passage) nearby that can disturb the light sleepers. Overall a very nice short stay that I recommend.
