We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

The Little Art House

The Little Art House is situated in the picturesque old part of Moretonhampstead on Dartmoor. This compact 17 square metre space has, within its own private entrance, a small, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a little bedroom with double bed (135cm x190cm) and an en-suite shower room. The Roost is a hand-built shepherds hut on a small family run farm on Dartmoor National Park. Whilst it's at the heart of the farm, it’s totally private and is set in its own dog secure garden. It sleeps two people and up to two dogs (depending on their size). It is perfectly situated to enjoy the moors and is 1.5 miles from Chagford which is a lovely town with local shops and great pubs!
