Vacation rentals with a balcony in West Coast of the United States

Place was wonderful. Check in was ok. Directions was confusing around the place and map was not to helpful at all. Steven was great w/ communication.

My second time here -- the best house, with the kindest hosts. Well-stocked kitchen and living space, and I love this neighborhood so much.

I don't write reviews often, but for Line's Airbnb I feel like I had to. The place is exactly what you get from the pictures in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Something's to note before you stay here. Places around here are walkable, but I came with friends that did not like "exercise". I'd say it's a quick 5-10 min walk to a transit that will take you to the light rail or a nice 15-20 min walk to what I think is the main strip of Seattle. If you drink water like us, make sure to buy a case. we drank the generous amount of water provided and then some. They also provided plenty of snacks and other amenities for our stay that really helped out. Best thing was how responsive Line was to any questions we had regarding the house. They even checked in on us half way through our stay via the apps messenger! TLDR: This place is a great stay and would stay here again!

Aja was a very responsive host from booking til checkout. The place was very clean and cozy-- best AirBNB mattress I've ever slept on! Will definitely book again if we're in the area.

Great location and place.

This was a lovely spot for our family. There is lots of space, nice bedrooms and a lovely deck out back. It was easy to communicate with the host and check in and check out were smooth. It is also in a very calm part of the city. Only mild complaint is that the bathroom don’t seem as updated as the rest of the house (those still very clean). Highly recommended!

Perfect place to enjoy Maui with beach view from balcony. The beds were comfy and the apartment was super well equipped! We had a toddler and there was a pack n play, dining chair booster, a few toys, and baby utensils! Megan was super responsive and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend the walk down the beach to the sugar beach bakery.

Peaceful neighborhood at the top of the hill - walkable to downtown (back from downtown? It’s up a big hill, so we took the bus which stops right outside!) and all the sights. We loved that the home fit all of us (5 people) comfortably with lots of space to spread out. Place was clean and had basically everything you could want. Lots of nice outdoor decks to enjoy the sunshine and peace. Just keep in mind there’s only 1 bathroom for the number of people who can fit!

This place had lots of room and some great views. With 11 people in the house there seem to always be plenty of room without feeling cramped. It is an older house but didn’t feel too old. There were notes on some of the most frequently used things that gave instructions on how to operate them saving us a call to the host. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. The only thing that could have made the place a little better was if there was another shower that wasn’t connected through a bedroom. But this only came into play because we had nearly the maximum number of guests. It wouldn’t be an issue with fewer guests.

Property was just as described and more. Perfect location for our needs, communication with hosts was easy and helpful. Would luv to stay again if back in area. Thanks for a great stay🙏🏼

We loved this huge townhouse so much. It was exactly as described and really such an amazing value. We were close to the beach but didn’t have to pay beach prices. It was easy to get around the quiet neighborhood as we rented electric bikes and it felt easy, breezy and safe. I would definitely recommend this thoughtfully put together airbnb to anyone looking to spend a quiet time in Oceanside.

Fantastic little spot! This place was so cozy and had so much character! Comfy beds and great showers too. We loved all the books, decor and the lovely backyard with ton of different fruit trees — super peaceful escape! It was great to be close to coffee and restaurants too just a short 5 min walk to Sunset. Highly recommend!!

Our family (two adults, two kids 4 and under) loved staying at Shannon’s home for a long weekend. The accommodations were great, very comfortable for our group. Very well located for hopping on public transportation and walkable to a couple of nice parks. Shannon was a great host too, proactive and made the whole stay very enjoyable. Highest recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay at Bianca’s place. She was exceptionally responsive and helpful whenever we reached out to her. The place is exactly as it is described. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to so many great restaurants. Also, Pavillions (supermarket) is a short walk to pick up supplies. We would book this again!

Lucinda's Casita was awesome, just as pictured, in a great location between downtown, Little Italy, Balboa Park, the Zoo, easy airport access, parking, etc. I would absolutely stay there again. Lucinda's communication was prompt, friendly, and thorough. The kitchen, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, and the patio were all very nicely decorated. The host left us some snacks on the counter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The instructions for check-in/out were very thorough and easy to follow. The only complaint is the super low airplanes going very loudly overhead, but she was upfront about that beforehand, seems just a part of staying in downtown San Diego. Certainly not Lucinda's fault, she and her house were fantastic. These are the types of homes and hosts that everyone on Airbnb should aspire to. A+

Beautiful views, right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Instructions were clear, easy to access, with a private parking spot. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is in a nice, quiet community. The space is well decorated, bright and lively, and well stocked with supplies. The pool and pickleball courts are a great amenity. The beach chairs, towels, and umbrella were perfect for our Maui beach outings. Would definitely stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely perfect for a first-time visit to Seattle! We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our first trip to Seattle. The location was incredible—truly walking distance to many major attractions, restaurants, and sights. We hardly needed our car at all (walked 80% of the time), but it was such a relief to have secured off-street parking (garage) available when we did need it. We also travel with our dog, and this place was perfect for that! There was a nice, pet-friendly setup with easy access to outdoor space, which made things super convenient for quick walks and exercise. The amenities were great. The rental includes use of the pool, dry sauna, workout room and rooftop viewing deck —everything was clean, well-maintained, and a nice bonus after long days of exploring the city. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seattle, especially if you want walkability, parking peace of mind, and a pet-friendly environment. Would definitely stay again!

What an incredible location in Kahana! This corner unit condo at Valley Isle Resort sits right on top of the water. Every morning, I sat on the balcony drinking my coffee and watching the sea turtles directly below float in the water. I also saw multiple whales (sadly it wasn't until we were packing up did I find the binoculars on the tv stand). The condo also had direct access to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, laundry in the unit, and beach essentials (chairs, towels, cooler) were available.

It was a great place, good proximity to the Oceano Dunes, nice view of the ocean from the bedroom. Very clean, nicely decorated. Easy check in and check out instructions.
