This building is special. Situated atop an art studio dedicated to large scale works of art, the residences support the mission of Mad Art. One of ten 2-story lofts, this features 750sqft (70 meters square), plus a deck and access to a communal roof deck with BBQ. This luxurious loft designed by Graham Baba is a work of art. Polished concrete floors throughout, walnut cabinetry and built-ins, blackened steel wall accents, exposed steel structure, natural fir ceiling and exquisite bath and kitchen fixtures express a wholly Northwest material palette. WiFi throughout serving WaveG 1GB internet speeds and 4k TV with Amazon Fire TV. You have the run of the place! There are plenty of open closets free for you to use. I always unpack completely when traveling and I encourage you to do so! South Lake Union (SLU) is the center of Seattle's tech and biotech industries during the day. Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle. The SLU Seattle Streetcar (inbound) stops directly in front of the building. Hop on and get connected to Link Light Rail all the way to the airport or catch a bus to Capitol Hill, Ballard or Queen Anne. South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. Evenings are quiet and relaxing.

Return from a sunset hike and refresh under a rain shower. Bali Temple is a beautiful custom home located on the 1990 lava flow, right on the ocean. Luxurious appointments, including the Eastern King Tempur-Pedic bed, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a 6' bathtub, and incredible expansive ocean views, make Bali Temple a one-of-a-kind destination. Bali Temple is its own self contained home. The shared laundry room is located next to the main entry door. As little or as much as my guests wish. Right out the back door is 500 acres of state land for hiking over lava fields by the ocean. You will need a rental car during your stay. Before I created Bali Temple, this property was a part of a Buddhist's Meditation Retreat. It still carries this peaceful and tranquil ambiance to this day! By the time my guests leave Bali Temple, they feel refreshed and renewed. This is a deeply relaxing setting.

Originally designed by renowned Portland, OR architect Marvin Witt for his family, this towering 3 story "tree house" has been lovingly updated and restored. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks.
