“St Geneva” River View-10 min to Lamplight Eqst.

Welcome to "St. Geneva"! I call it that because of the home's ideal location between 2 gorgeous and quaint towns-St. Charles and Geneva. Between the two towns there's plenty of shopping and night life to be had. The home is located along The Fox River. Just cross the two way street to access miles of biking/walking trails. Feel free to trolley my 2 kayaks over to the launch just a couple blocks away. Walk to the farmer’s market for fresh food to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen.

We have a cozy one bedroom apartment that is available on the top floor of the home and has its own independent and separate entrance! Comes with free parking on premises; recently renovated; neighborhood is safe and quiet. Shopping center with grocery store, laundry mat and restaurant is available within walking distance! We are only 5 minutes from the expressway I-88 and 10 minutes from Naperville and the outlet mall in Aurora!
