A small place to stay when travelling for work or visiting the area. Approximately 300 yards from Bentley Wood nature reserve. It’s a cosy cabin with very basic appliances/cups/bowls/dishes etc in the centre of a tiny village. There is a microwave, a 2 place countertop hob. A little fridge freezer. A bathroom with sink and shower. Towels provided I have had a couple poor reviews as there is nothing to do in the area, so ideal for a quiet stay!!! There is of course WiFi, tv, and board games.

Shepherd Hut on working Smallholding.

The Shepherd Hut sits at the back of our smallholding and is surrounded by tree lined grazing land. A footpath nearby takes you one way to the village of Ashton Keynes a walkable distance to the local pub and in the other direction through the trees to some of the many lakes in the Cotswold Lakes. The Hut sleeps two and has an inside composting, toilet. There is a cooking and seating area with an outside shower. Solar panels power lighting, fridge and a phone charging point.( 12volt only)

Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds
