Apt 5 Pier Terrace is a modern refurbished 2 bed apartment on the first floor which gives it fantastic panoramic views of the harbour, sea and East cliff and beach. In the lounge, there is a fantastic window seat in the bay window where you can watch the whole of west bay harbour & sea. The apartment is light with a fully equipped kitchen and a large walk in shower. Outside the front door the beach is just 70 metres away with a green area outside the apartments and the harbour to the other side.

The location of my property is on the famous Jurassic Coast a World Heritage Site. My flat has a ground floor entrance and is for two people. It has an open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area, parking is available for one vehicle. (Not allocated) You are 100 yards from the beach. West Bay has casual /gastro pubs dining. ‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.
