The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

The surroundings are perfect for discovering several beautiful places in the Netherlands. Hoorn, Alkmaar, Enkhuizen, Volendam and Amsterdam are all within half an hour driving distance. You are fifteen minutes to the IJsselmeer and with half an hour to the beach.

Get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer and beach. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

In het mooie West-Friesland te Oostwoud verhuren wij een 4-persoons vakantiehuis genaamd "Hazeweel". Deze vakantiewoning bevindt zich op een klein vakantiepark. Het is gelegen aan doorgaand vaarwater met mooi uitzicht en privacy. Hazeweel is een knus, modern, ruim opgezet huis voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Mooie ruime zonnige tuin voorzien van terrasmeubels. Er is mogelijkheid om een visboot er bij te huren.

In the beautiful West Frisia in Oostwoud, we rent out a 4-person holiday home called "Papenveer". This vacation home is in a small vacation park. It is located on through water with beautiful views and privacy. Papenveer is a cozy, spacious cottage equipped with a modern kitchen and fully equipped bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a double swing From the love-seat, you can watch the TV or the fireplace (heating) and you will have it cozy in winter or in summer you can enjoy reading or playing games outside on the terrace at the water. Kayak or 2 supboarding can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all alone for you/you.

The house is very close to the train station, and only a few minutes walk to some of the best restaurants and sailboat viewing in town. It is perfect for a long stay or a short holiday!
