Welcome to Wernigerode in the Harz! We look forward to welcoming you to our elaborately renovated apartment - only a five-minute walk from the old town. We have put a lot of emphasis on an ecological construction with clay bricks, clay plaster and wood fiber insulation. Free parking on public street in front of the house. On request and availability, bicycles can park/load in the yard. Our apartment is exclusively for adults (max. two, from 18 years) and cannot be booked for children.

Our apartment has been family-owned for over 100 years and has always been home to people who had a close connection to the Harz Mountains: as farmers of cows in the Upper Harz Mountains, as foresters in the forest and as passionate hikers and nature lovers. Times have changed, but our apartment wants to take up this tradition and pay homage to the Harz Mountains – while at the same time offering a modern style and a high level of comfort. Apfelblüte is the name of the small, fine apartment of Anke and Sabine. We are two sisters who grew up in Bad Suderode and have already given vacationers and spa guests of the place information about excursion destinations in the area in our childhood days. For December, we particularly recommend the Quedlinburg Christmas market, Advent in the courtyards and the Bad Suderöde mountain parade. We are happy to tell you about places of power near the apartment.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. The renovated apartment has 1 cozy living room, 1 spacious dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a modern kitchen. In about 10 minutes you can reach downtown Wernigerode, the market square with the town hall and the many restaurants and shops. The bathing establishment is opposite, and the swimming pool is about 400 meters away.

Here our guests will find a lovingly furnished apartment on the first floor, which reflects the charm of an old half-timbered city. In a few minutes you can reach the city center. Cafes, restaurants and pretty shops are almost at your doorstep. The castle is about 15 minutes on foot.
