In summer, it is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours (several reservoirs and swimming lakes nearby) and in winter due to the altitude (one of the highest places in the Vogtland) snow-sure access to the Kammloipe (trail behind the house in the forest)...

V podhůří Krušných hor nedaleko Karlových Varů a Klínovce jsme z historické stodoly vytvořili jedinečný prostor pro společné chvíle, klid i odpočinek. Lokalita je skvělá pro výlety do hor (Jáchymov, Boží Dar nebo Oberwiesenthal) stejně jako pro objevování okolí. Čeká vás velkorysý společný prostor s výhledem do krajiny, krb, dlouhý stůl pro společné snídaně i večeře, sauna (od 09/2026) a dvě oddělené ložnice. Na terase máme k dispozici koupací sud (použití za příplatek).

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

There are dams and bathing opportunities in the immediate vicinity, as well as good hiking and cycling opportunities. The 50 m² property is situated near the forest and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

The 120 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults, 2 children / teenagers) and an additional 2 babies / infants. When booking for more than 4 adults (max. 6), additional fees of €10 per person per night apply. These will be billed retrospectively through Airbnb.

Plauen city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. We offer a fully furnished apartment that is perfect for short trips or long stays. Families are also always welcome with us. On request, there is also a baby travel bed. We are also happy to welcome international guests.
