Parking with the possibility to charge an electric car is available right in front of the house. The courtyard property is fully fenced and ideal for children. The swing, the sandpit and the playhouse on stilts are available for playing. You are welcome to use the pool. A barbecue (charcoal) is available. We also live in the house and are always available

Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

Our 2-room apartment on the first floor with 55 m² is located in a quiet and central location in Wolfsburg. We have renovated it, fully furnished & lovingly equipped. There is a large double bed in the bedroom. Bus stop 202/218/222/262, Penny supermarket, restaurant and also fast food are within walking distance in just 1 minute. The city center of the beautiful city park and the outdoor pool of Wolfsburg are also nearby.

You can reach Munster, Fassberg and the picturesque Müden (Örtze) in a few minutes.
