Pleasantly warm thanks to underfloor heating and never hot in summer due to good insulation and shady trees!

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Jameln is centrally located in Wendland. Our house (108 square meters) used to be the laboratory house of the old dairy. It combines an old facade with modern coziness. Here you can relax and escape everyday life. Kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating, living room with fireplace. After a visit to the Elbtalaue, Dannenberg, Hitzacker or Lüchow, you can stop in at the local restaurant in the "Altes Haus" in Jameln or end the evening with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace.

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 hectare. The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.
