**Ein kleines Stückchen Schweden vor den Toren Hamburgs** Willkommen in Alma, deinem kleinen Rückzugsort für entspannte Sommertage. Direkt an einem malerischen Sees erwartet dich ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Tiny Haus, umgeben von blühender Natur. Die vielen Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und bieten einen wunderbaren Blick ins Grüne. Ein gemütliches Bett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Esstisch machen den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel.

Small cozy place with separate entrance

The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village of the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe Valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house offers direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

Relaxation and time in nature

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Arrive and feel comfortable. Discover the surroundings. Go for endless walks in the nearby forest. Fishing at the lake. Perhaps quietly work on something that should always be finished. Enjoy the weather. Look at the starry sky at night. Here you can do all that. Or sometimes nothing… True to the motto: “Nothing happens, also nice!”, you can switch off here and go on a discovery tour.

Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Surrounded by greenery!

Pure nature surrounds the beautiful, old manor house in which the cozy apartment is located on the 2nd floor. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, 2 alcove beds (90 x 200 and 80 x 160 cm) are available, which are built into the sloping roof. On the park-like grounds, guests have their own area with garden furniture and a beach chair.

Modern apartment, quiet location, 4 people, 70 sqm

In the modern apartment (newly renovated in June 2019) in a quiet, green location directly on the water (river Neetze), 4 people can relax on 70 square meters. The cities of Lüneburg (12 kilometers) or Hamburg (50 kilometers) are easy to reach. With the in-house canoe, guests can paddle to Lake Reihersee or Barumer See and relax on the water.

The light-flooded apartment is part of a townhouse. It is located on the 2nd floor with large terrace overlooking our garden. On the other 2 floors (ground floor + 1st floor) we live, a family with 2 children and a small dog. The apartment is still separate except for the passage and the stairs up.
