House vacation rentals in Welwyn Hatfield

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

The house itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Celesta has been a great host from first booking 8 months before, communicating through out answering any questions, helpful advice and letting me know when issues arose - and going above and beyond to have everything sorted for our arrival. Lovely stay had everything we needed, perfect location, train station walkable straight into the city within 10 minutes.

Overall great stay with the family at Kim's place. Good communication and good facilities at the Airbnb, the pool was a nice extra and one of the main reasons we picked this place! We hoped the heated pool would be warmer, but you soon acclimatise to the temperature. The top of the stairs has a strange layout and very easy to trip over on, which my neice did do and the rest of us had to be very careful not to do! Otherwise a nice stay and a short bus away from the main town centre/tourist attractions.

The house is beautifully decorated and appointed and in a very peaceful cul-de-sac location near Knebworth village. It has a nice private back garden with patio and bistro table and chairs. Great place for a morning coffee or afternoon cuppa. The kitchen is very well-equipped for self-catering. Louis was a very responsive and gracious host. It was a great stay and I look forward to staying again. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Our stay in Marelize’s place was wonderful. We were there for around 10-11 days - most of which we were out working 12+ hour days - so coming back to such a lovely space was perfect. The bed is SO comfy, the shower is fantastic, the space is well equipped, has great attention to detail and really thoughtful touches. Will absolutely stay again. (PS the elephant towels were really there!! I loved them!!!)

The location was further away from Greater London, but we felt that the close proximity to trains would offset the distance. It was great! Check-in with lockbox was great. Accommodations fit our family of 9 very well. The water heater controls were certainly new to us, and a little tricky to keep a good supply for all of us, but we figured it out. The kitchen was amazing! Plenty of room, induction cooktop, nice, divided oven, and the island made for a great gathering place and alternate eating area. There were a couple of plumbing issues with the showers that hopefully can be resolved quickly.

The house is wonderful for its age, character and history. We really appreciated the library and all the quirks and general history of the house itself. Some of us went on a quick trip to All Saints Church cemetery in Edmonton to see Charles and Mary Lamb's graves ... because the house provoked an interest to see and know more. It has many quirks - but these are so well explained by the hosts - so you know about them before you come. The character and joy of the house totally made up for the quirks. Size was great - for our family group of 7 it was ideal - plenty of space to eat and hang out and individual nooks and crannies where people could do their own thing.

A great venue - hosted a large group with ease, Kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home, Greeted on arrival and given a quick tour so no concerns how anything worked and very comfortable. I would stay here again :)

My family of 2 adults, 3 children and a dog(!) had a wonderful stay in Sallys home. We did not want to leave! The house was incredibly comfortable and luxurious. Such a lovely space for a family to relax. A peaceful countryside setting but only a 5 minute drive from the town. Wonderful powerful shower, comfy beds and quality linen throughout. The kitchen was the most thoroughly equipped in any air b&b we have stayed in. We made much use of the lovely garden, BBQ, hot tub and kids toys. Sally was very proactive the instant we booked. We were kindly given an early check in which was greatly appreciated. She even arranged for a stair gate which allowed us to keep our spaniel downstairs. Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay. We would love to return!

Had a great stay of three nights. Leon's pad was essentially the perfect blend of convenience, comfort and value. A remarkably generous choice of drinks, snacks and foods were provided. It's a detail missed by many Airbnb properties, as it allowed my family and I to leisurely settle in - have a cuppa or two and refresh ourselves without having to think of a grocery run straight away. We appreciated the kitchen. Certainly not grand in size, but perfect in function and form and well stocked with glassware etc. Clean and tidy throughout. Well thought out for a terraced property. The house acted as a base to rest up. We were out throughout the day, therefore having two cars wasn't an issue as there is no dedicated parking. But parking when needed - wasn't an issue. The nearest public car park being a leisurely 3 minute walk away. Easy to get to, ample spaces and amazingly good value (factors when combined - a rarity). All in all. Exceeded expectations.

Absolutely fabulous stay at All Saints Annex. Lovely hospitality in terms of breakfast bits waiting for us. Really flexible as well, as we had such a lovely time couldn’t wait to extend. Would recommend and book again. Lovely area as well. Easy 5 stars

Julia was lovely and so quick to reply! The kitchen and looking out on to the garden were my favourite. We were attending a gig at the Tottenham Stadium so needed somewhere we could chill to get ready. The kitchen made the best spot to relax before getting ready. The main bedrooms are a great size and the house didn’t have a lot of noise from the street or neighbours It was easy to get there and back from the gig. And Julia was so helpful and friendly!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, everything worked smoothly, and there were no issues at all. The space was immaculate and welcoming, just as described, and we loved how comfortable and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Communication with the host was great, with quick responses and clear instructions. You can even message the lovely owner personally who accommodated a late check out for us. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, close to key tring (5 min drive) yet delightfully peaceful for a relaxing getaway. From the cleanliness to the seamless check-in, every detail was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay in Hastoe. We’d love to come back!

This was a wonderful stay! The room does get a little toasty but over all this place is amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay at Alex’s place. It felt super cosy and welcoming from the moment we walked in, the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. The area is quiet, but the tube is really close, so getting into central London was super easy. Alex was great, always quick to reply and really friendly. We’d definitely love to come back!

Susie was incredibly respknsive and very helpful with local pub recommendations. She added a coffee brewer for we Americans. We enjoyed the conservatory immensely as well as the fireplaces! It was fun to be able to see her mother's successes as a trombone player. It was a peaceful and very safe area which we appreciated. Thanks!!

immaculate house, perfect home from home visit

The most lovely home for our 10 day stay. Had all we needed and more. Spacious for 5 adults. Location was perfect for exploring London or staying in. Beautful English garden and outdoor spaces to relax. Host is the best! Kitchen even stocked with delicious staples to make us at home right away. We already miss it, will dream of our stay and would return any time! Thank you Ramona!!
