In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Our apartment is perfectly located for transit travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube bike path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is assured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis was placed on child-friendliness.

IMPORTANT! The apartment has three rooms, but depending on the number of people who book, the bathrooms and rooms are unlocked. e.g. 2 people = double room. The apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and modern addition in the center of Linz. It is very spacious and has two balconies to a quiet courtyard and a terrace overlooking the city. Large glazing floods the apartment with plenty of light.

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.
