You have top level of my house to yourself, bathroom shower, toilet; lounge area, double bedroom, queen size very comfortable bed, door to patio. Sunny, expansive views! 10 mins walk to train; 10-15 mins drive to Wellington Ferries, Sky Stadium, City Centre. Parking area at front door, large enough for camper van/2 cars. NO TV upstairs.
