We had a great stay! The building itself is new and the unit was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the linens and towels were fresh, and it was quiet—perfect for our needs (2 adults and a child, who slept comfortably in a small bed in the cozy den area). Communication with Leo was good and check-in was super easy. He provided a phone number in case we needed anything and was responsive. When I had a bit of trouble getting the building door open quickly and needed to be buzzed in again, he even called to make sure everything was okay, which I really appreciated. I’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place close to Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake!

Sheila is so sweet and helpful...just so wonderful and personable. She met us to go over how to get in, where we could keep our bikes, the best local places to eat and visit, etc. Her place is beautiful and pristine....everything you need is there; loved having a cup of french press in the morning. The bed linens in the giraffe room were lovely and I slept great. The location is a quick walk or bike ride to all the attractions. It was a true pleasure, thank you Sheila!

Pats Country Home was amazing! The roll out in the couch was actually surprisingly comfortable facing the right direction! Everything was super clean and out side was so nice to sit and have coffee and look out the backyard. Highly recommend.

We offer well appointed surroundings. Not just with the interior of the home, but with the exterior as well. We have for you a place to relax, chat with family and a safe and comfortable place to enjoy. The inside offers you a lounge with sofas and a TV. we can host up to 6 people very comfortably with 3 full 4 pc bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms have only 1 bed each. Two queens and a Double (Just shy of a Queen). Our exterior has a BBQ and a patio set just for our guests.
