Vacation rentals with a patio in Welaka

A terrific spot within a reasonable walk of everything you would want to visit while in St. Augustine. Space was well kept, clean & comfortable. Hosts were very responsive & offered clear instructions.

A wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend choosing this Airbnb. Brandon checks in with you through Airbnb to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need. I plan to go back if this place is not already booked! Have a wonderful stay! I really appreciated being able to check-in after 1 PM on my day of arrival. You will love the neighborhood that is very walkable with beautiful lakes along your way.

Overall 5 Stars. Fantastic unobstructed view of the ocean and literally just steps to the pristine beach. Place was super quiet, safe, and clean. Great for a weekend getaway. Advice for future guests (not to be taken as criticism to the host): Bring bug spray. I wish we were better prepared for the sand flies on the balcony (dusk/dawn & night). Bring your own beach gear (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella/tent). I would recommend this place to anyone.

A lovely apartment located behind the historic Kemp house. The location was close to downtown and in a beautiful historic neighborhood of Ocala. The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. Jill Marie was in regular communication with me and readily available should I need anything. The check in was easy, quick and flawless. I look forward to visiting again!

Sandra was a great host. Would recommend her place while staying in St Augustine. Walkable to old downtown St Augustine. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The place was very clean and she answered any questions immediately and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again if in the area. Excellent weekend get away for a couple to enjoy time alone. The set up is fantastic and everything you need is placed out for you to enjoy without having to leave for dinner. There is a beautiful walk way and fishing dock to enjoy as well. Grill set up and fire pits to enjoy with a special person. I highly recommend this Air B&B for any couple that wants to enjoy space and let their hair down for a while.

Stan’s place was the perfect birthday weekend getaway. It was a block from the ocean and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Saint Augustine. Inside the apartment was very spacious and clean. Despite being next to a busy road, we had no issues with the noise. Also provided by the owner, but not mentioned on the description were extra beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which are super helpful for those who forgot to bring supplies or need extras The only issue we had during our stay was no fault of the owner. During business hours, there is a SUV who constantly parked in front of our assigned parking spaces, making it hard to park especially for cars larger than compact size. We had no issues accessing our parking spots before or after business hours.

Our stay was amazing, it was very peaceful away from all the noise. Enjoyed all the nature. Very clean place lots to do.

This place was perfect. Walk to beach within minutes. Spotless inside. Beach amenities. Quick drive to downtown. We loved it!

This was our second time booking for a family vacation and it was exactly what we wanted!! Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, relaxing environment. The guys loved fishing off the dock. The pool was just what we wanted and the fountain was fixed while we were there thanks to our AMAZING host. Very roomy home and always clean and freshly stocked with towels and linens. If your thinking about staying here I would absolutely recommend doing so. Pet friendly, with a doggy door on the patio. Great place for a girls get away, bachelorette, guys weekend, or a family get away. Host is very responsive to questions and concerns. We will be back!!!

Stop looking this is the place to be if you are visiting this area! From the moment we arrived it was a seamless check in. We were impressed with Whitney’s home! She goes beyond to accommodate her guest! She thought of everything from our pets to us . The kids say thank you for the smores and thank you for the pets accommodations. This is is very spacious every one slept comfortably her house is all updated including her bathroom toilets! Please take care of her home as she takes care of you! We will definitely be back to stay when visiting silver glen springs! Thank you again for opening your lovely home to us. !!!

George was great with communication. The place is in a great spot on the river and is very accommodating for fisherman.

Felix's place was great and looked better than the pictures. It was relaxing and secluded but still close enough (approx. 20min) from St. Augustine. Sunsets were gorgeous and the views were phenomenal. Comfortable bed which we stayed for 7 days so that is always a plus. Now about Felix because the host makes the place and Felix supercedes expectations. He added a nice touch of talking to us and explaining everything which is a first and unique. Always responsive and kind and would definitely rent from him again. 5 stars!!

What a beautiful AirBNB! It was SO clean and was extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful long weekend and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here. Everything went nice & smooth. Very responsive host, eager to please.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

Great location. Beach chairs and umbrella supplied (or pay $150 to rent them for 3 days at nearby store). I couldn't find the beach access code (my fault). Response was immediate. Would stay again!

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.
