Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Adventure?! Tinyhouse-style cabin for a cozy getaway in the Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and a sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached by a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the cottage, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the premises. There is another hut on the property, which also occasionally accommodates guests.

On the 3rd floor with beautiful views, a newly furnished modern apartment awaits you for max. 3 people with 2 bedrooms and a well-equipped modern kitchen. A washing machine offers long-term bookers more comfort. A gym with sauna can be reached in 5 minutes, tram, playground, Aldi and government facilities are all within walking distance. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. This ground-floor, barrier-free holiday apartment makes your stay in Plauen, the secret capital of the Vogtland, an experience. The tram stop is about 10 minutes away on foot.
