Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Landluft Vacation Rental

Our 45 m² apartment Landluft on our farm Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly 1 additional child in a travel cot). Our apartment is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, but also for families and as a starting point for excursions. Dairy cows and their offspring, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and rabbits live on our organic farm.

Our renovated apartment is lovingly decorated and covers about 65 square meters. It is on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi, crib and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

The cozy apartment in the basement has a newly renovate bathroom with XXL shower and Rainshower shower head. The kitchenette with ceramic hob is fully equipped. The dining room has a beautiful TV area with a large sofa bed as well as a dining table where four people can sit. A large wooden deck, where you can enjoy the sunset in the summer, may also be used. You are also welcome to use the Weber gas grill for a BBQ.

Look forward to a place of recovery and turn off. Two e-bikes are at your disposal to explore the surroundings in a relaxed way that is relaxing.

In this cozy place to stay, you can sit back, enjoy the tranquility and relax. We furnished it with a lot of love in 2020 and 2021. It is located on the upper floor of our detached house – 4 km from Lake Schömberg, 8 km to Balingen and 19 km to Rottweil. From the skylight of the kitchen/dining area, the Plettenberg rises with its famous tower. From the bedroom, the Hohenzollern/Hechingen can be seen in good weather.

Welcome to our modernized and stylishly furnished apartment from the 90s. With a total area of about 110 m², this property can accommodate up to 8 guests. The apartment has three bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and a spacious living and dining area. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (2 x 2.40 m), another bedroom and the living room have sofas with a sleeping function.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.

The light-flooded 2 1/2-room apartment (approx. 78 m²) has a cosy tiled stove with fitted seating area. A wonderful bedroom with large double bed, high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A bath with shower bathtub and a separate toilet make the domicile round and offer up to four persons a piece of home during holiday and business trip.

The fully furnished in-law is very quiet in a residential area. To Rottweil, the oldest city in Baden-Württemberg, it is only 3 kilometers. The Black Forest and Swabian Alb are right at your doorstep. The apartment is fully equipped and offers everything you would need for a relaxed stay. A parking space directly at the house is also available.
