Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Vacation apartment "House Elfi" in Hausen am Tann is a great destination for a vacation with mountain view. The 70 m² accommodation consists of a living room with an upholstered bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. On-site amenities include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), a Smart TV with streaming services, a dishwasher, and a fan. A baby crib is also provided. Our renovated apartment is lovingly decorated and covers about 65 square meters. It is on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi, crib and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

The cozy apartment in the basement has a newly renovate bathroom with XXL shower and Rainshower shower head. The kitchenette with ceramic hob is fully equipped. The dining room has a beautiful TV area with a large sofa bed as well as a dining table where four people can sit. A large wooden deck, where you can enjoy the sunset in the summer, may also be used. You are also welcome to use the Weber gas grill for a BBQ.

From the skylight of the kitchen/dining area, the Plettenberg rises with its famous tower. From the bedroom, the Hohenzollern/Hechingen can be seen in good weather.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.
