Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Set in the grounds of our thatched farmhouse but with total privacy and peace. Renovated to a high standard, the cottage is spacious, sunny and has a hot tub for your private use! The perfect get away, with lovely rural views and complete tranquility but local villages and towns are only a stone's throw away. "Noresire" Stunning Grd Floor Country Garden Flat

Our beautiful garden flat sits on the site of one of the oldest Nurseries in England. Renovated & refurbished this 2 bedroomed luxury flat is in a quaint village in the heart of the Somerset country. The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Cosy Gardener's Cottage, Laverstock Farm, Bridport

Gardener’s Cottage is a renovated period cottage and has been fitted to a high standard. It has 1 bedroom with a king-size double bed and en-suite shower room. The open plan living area has a modern integrated kitchen, armchair, sofa and dining table. It’s perfect as a quiet bolthole or a romantic retreat for two. You’ll love my place because of the views, the comfy bed, and the cosiness. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Check out is at 10.00 am.

Situated on the grounds of a beautiful Georgian farm formerly part of Forde Abbey, this 1 bedroom cottage has been sympathetically renovated to provide modern comfort & facility. A super-king bed master bedroom with separate bathroom, the living space benefits from biomass heating with a fully equipped large kitchen dining area. There are two private patios with a table for outdoor dining. There is an EV charger on-site available for guests use.

The SHED at Dorset Farm

the SHED is really anything but a shed. Built on the site of a former stables, the shed is a bespoke design and build, constructed in 2020 /2021. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to the beauty of the natural world. The shed is all about serenity, luxury craftsmanship and escapism. Outside there is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.

Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.

The Old Workshop

A spacious and luxurious barn conversion set in 260 acres of organic farmland where you can walk the numerous footpaths, sample the local gastro-pub or admire the views from our medieval castle site, all just 30 mins from the stunning Jurassic Coast. Guests can book hour long complimentary daily sessions in the Hillside Hot Tub and Woodland Sauna on arrival and truly immerse themselves in the tranquil surroundings.

Annexe - self contained with own front door.

The modern newly built luxurious self contained annexe is located on the ground floor, with its own front door to the right hand side of the main house. Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.

Abbey View Cottage - Scandi Hot Tub - EV Charging

With beautiful views south across the picturesque valley, our small garden overlooks Forde Abbey, with views of the magnificent avenue of trees, and the highest powered fountain in the country. Our cottage has been converted with the intention of creating a luxurious and peaceful space. The kirami wood fired hot tub has to be experienced to be fully appreciated in this amazing setting.
