Vacation rentals with lake access in Waukesha County

Forest Bay Cottage was the perfect spot to stay for my bachelor party! The house and amenities were just what we needed. The location is great and you absolutely cannot beat the view of the lake. Cool mornings spent outside on the deck overlooking the lake was the perfect way to start each of our days. Recommend to anyone and everyone regardless of the occasion, but for a little weekend getaway on the lake or a golf trip!

The place is lovely! It is on arguably the best part of the lake and the views from throughout the house are great. I would highly recommend taking the kayaks out and seeing other parts of the lake. Definitely recommend booking this place!

Tim was an excellent host, he was readily available for anything we needed and was proactive in his communication, ensuring our stay was going well.. His location on the lake is perfect, easy access to hwy 16, quick walk or drive to “downtown” Okauchee Lake. If you want a peaceful lake vacation in Lake Country we would 100% recommend this place Thank you Tim for a great stay.

Loved Every Minute! Spent the weekend at the lake and it was exactly what I needed. Peaceful mornings, fun on the water, great company, and beautiful sunsets—what more could you ask for? Already planning my next trip back. Highly recommend for anyone needing a recharge!

We enjoyed this very nice house in its lovely, private setting. The house is more well-equipped than any other airbnb I've rented. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, everything was spotless, and the kitchen had everything a cook could ask for. My favorite room is the brightly lit sunroom with its plush rug and comfy furniture - perfect to nap or read. Muskego is a great location! While it is close enough to Milwaukee, the interstate, and events throughout the region, we found Muskego to be quiet with peaceful, summer lake vibes.

Thank you so much for our amazing stay. We stayed as a family and everyone - grandparents, parents and kids had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the house, lake and fire pit at the fullest. The house is nice and very comfortable, outside space is absolutely gorgeous. The hosts are very helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for an amazing time on the lake!!!

Wonderful stay with comfortable beds, great communication, Tea/coffee for the morning, new everything, and really clean. We appreciated Ben's responsiveness and that he went above and beyond to accommodate us for our 3 night stay. It is right near the U of W - Whitewater but quiet in the apartment. There was only some noise at night upstairs one of the nights. However, a quick text to Ben and he worked with them to get it quiet again. SO appreciated this stay and Ben's hosting skills! THANK YOU!

Dave’s place is amazing. The Airbnb’s location is great very close to many restaurants, parks, trails and the marina. Beautiful location! The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four (two adults and two children). We felt at home with many amenities. The shower and bathroom was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots and dishes to make home cooked meals. We enjoyed playing board games and having wonderful family meals in the large dining room. The home was equipped with everything we needed and much more making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Dave and his family are very sweet and welcoming hosts. I will definitely be returning and recommending the Airbnb to our friends.

A return visit for us and it was great again - the location being walkable to so many restaurants, grocery and other stores as well as easy access to downtown Milwaukee cannot be beat. The design of the rental is comfortable and charming. We hope to return again.

Bill and Carol’s nautical cottage was the perfect escape for our girls weekend! They were the most helpful and kind hosts I’ve ever experienced. Bill made us feel right at home and was so welcoming. The house was pristine and cozy. And within walking distance of so much to do. 10/10 recommend!

Amy was a great host! She was very responsive to all of our questions and made us feel very welcomed. We loved being right by the lake and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. An unexpected surprise was waking up Saturday morning to find an art festival right outside our door! My wife was like a kid in a candy shop, we love street festivals. We would absolutely stay again!

Ana's place was great for a little weekend getaway in MKE! The place is hella cute and so comfortable. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood how easy it was to get to. The space is cozy and was perfect for our time away from the Windy City!

Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Steve was very responsive and provided a quick tour of the place at check in. My wife and I traveled with our 2 year old and he had the place ready for a toddler, including a pack-n-play. Location was great, easily walkable to everything in town

We took our family on a long weekend vacation to explore Lake Geneva and this was such a perfect lake side cottage that was only 20 mins from Lake Geneva. It was so nice to come home to a quiet spot to fish and relax. The cabin is so clean, cozy, cute and had more then everything we needed.

Wonderful stay! It’s the perfect location and has amazing charm. A short walk to Main Street shops, restaurants, and of course the lake! Brennan is a great host - responsive and shares local recommendations. Easy check-in/check-out process. Clean. Safe. Comfortable beds. All around great place! Would highly recommend and would come back!

Clementine cottage was Everything presented on air b&b and beyond. They thought of all the details and the house was one of the cleanest air b&b’s I have ever stayed at. No harsh chemical smells or fabric softener, linens so comfy. Loved the privacy of the yard and bikes in the garage to get to the lake. One of the Best stays I have had. The hosts are friendly and communicative. Loved our experience and will be back to see friends again.

We had the best weekend in Tara's lovely home. It had everything we needed and we loved how she decorated the home. It was in an awesome location. Also, Tara was really on top of communicating with us and making sure we didn't have any questions and to see if we needed anything. We will plan on returning and highly recommend this wonderful Airbnb!

The cottage was fabulous. From the moment we opened the front door, it had such a positive vibe! It was clean and bright. Very inviting. Also two awesome workspaces. — as I found myself having to set up my work laptop while I was there. The outdoor space was very inviting with fabulous places to swing and listen to the birds. The private beach was quite the added surprise! Spectacular view of sunsets over the water. So peaceful!

This was a lovely Airbnb. We enjoyed the MCM/retro decor. It’s very spacious! There was plenty of room for 3 of us and then some! The kitchen and bath are so nicely updated. It’s a very peaceful location with lots of mature trees around the property.

Very cute, super comfortable, and clean!!! We had a great stay in this adorable cottage and I would definitely come back. The yard and patio were really nice to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, as well. Very reasonable clean-up tasks, too, which made for a relaxed check-out. The location is also perfect — I came for the Southern Kettle trails just 30 minutes away, but it’s close to everything in downtown Lake Geneva, and there are gems just down the street like Daddy Maxwells.
