The more than 100-year-old half-timbered house was lovingly renovated in 2017 and is now looking forward to welcoming its guests. It can accommodate two people. In front of the house, there is a terrace and garden. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and radio provide entertainment. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, sink and toilet. In addition to a kettle, coffee maker & fridge, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Located not far from the city of Bamberg, on the edge of Franconian Switzerland.

The new apartment is located at the foot of the Würgauer Berg. The A70 highway can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car and the city center of Bamberg (about 20 km) in about 15 minutes. The apartment is in a quiet, rural location and offers a very good starting point for day trips to nearby Bamberg, sporting activities and spa tourism. Two rooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace with about 15 m² provide relaxation at the gate to Franconian Switzerland.

You can ideally reach the historic cities with their cultural monuments such as Bad Staffelstein, Lichtenfels, Coburg, Kronach, Kulmbach, Bayreuth, Nuremberg and Bamberg as well as the Frankenwald low mountains, Franconian Switzerland, Fichtelgebirge and the Thuringian Forest. You will make you feel at home, you will be our guest.

Our small quiet attic apartment, with 7 x 2 m loggia, is self-contained and only accessible to guests in the rented period.It has been renovated and is located between the margrave city of Bayreuth and the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage city of Bamberg (distance approx. 35 minutes by car) in beautiful Franconian Switzerland. Nearby is the Therme Obernsees about 15 km away. In Pottenstein 30 km away is the Devil's Cave as well as other leisure activities.
