Master on the 3rd floor has 5ft bed & ensuite shower room, while the other 2 twin bedrooms (dedicated workspace in one) share bathroom on the 2nd floor. Open plan sitting/dining/kitchen on the 1st floor, which comfortably accommodates 6 guests, opening onto courtyard garden. Beach/town/pubs/shops/art studios/etc just 5 minutes walk away & the England Coast Path is a few yards from the house.

If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

This bright stonebuilt cottage is located up a verdant combe in the magnificent Quantock Hills. Outside the front-door is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes. Please note we are a working farm so there will be associated noise and smells, we are also doing some alterations to the adjoining barn which may generate some daytime noise.
