Incredible place to stay with great amenities

We had the best time at Stacia's place! It's a brand new home, exceptionally clean, and very cozy. It is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished with everything you would need. We wish we had planned to cook in one night after seeing how equipped and beautiful the kitchen is. The hot tub was spotless and obviously well taken care of. The location is private, and the area is free of the hustle and bustle of traffic in Boone - just our speed. We plan to stay here again!

This by far the best place we have stayed in the last few years. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated. Had everything we needed. Morning came with a symphony of birds and sounds from the cows in the neighboring farm. Nighttime brought a chorus of tree frogs. The beds were comfortable the kitchen stocked and the hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Close to fishing and hiking. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

The condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The decorations and overall feel of the place is great. The pool was nice to go down and enjoy as well. The view is incredible and we spent a good bit of time out on the balcony, just enjoying the beauty and serenity. We have zero complaints and nothing but praise for the condo and hosts. We definitely plan to return! Don't be deterred by the need to use the shuttle to travel back and forth to your car. The drivers were great and the wait for them was just a couple minutes. The entire complex seems laid back, friendly, and very well maintained. Food, groceries, or entertainment is all within a few minutes drive. While our friends were sweating in Bristol at 87 degrees, we were a cool 72 up on the mountain. It is a great place to cool off and recharge in the Summer.

Alex place was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, quiet and large enough to accommodate my family celebrating my daughter’s graduation. In addition, they allowed us a later check out since they did not have other guests checking in that day. We enjoyed the sunrise/sunset on their extended patio. Hot tub was a plus. Everything was perfect!

My husband and I stayed for a month at the house and absolutely loved it. It was peaceful and beautiful with the music of a rushing streamf filling the house everyday when we opened up the French doors. It was refreshing to see that the house actually matched all of the photos and the amenities that were listed. It was great to have a grocery store and a restaurant within 15 minutes of the house. we loved it so much. we're going to come back again next year.

My husband and I were able to bring our 2 dogs on a little honeymoon to Blue Spruce and it was so peaceful and relaxing! Since it is roughly 20 minutes to just get out of the community to any local stores it makes you feel okay to chill at the house and have some much needed lazy time! The community is great to walk the dogs around with winding roads and hills making for a good workout without even having to go somewhere to hike! Plus the hot tub was such a nice way to unwind each evening! That was our favorite part! If you’re taking your dogs check out the Boone humane society dog park-it was great! Connie was extremely responsive and friendly from the beginning! I loved the guide to answer any and all questions about our stay! Genius! The whole trip went so smoothly thanks to Connie 😊

Our stay was just great. Such serene and peaceful surroundings, and amazing views! Having the beautiful horses greet us while there was enjoyable and an added bonus. We always enjoy The Local restaurant in Boone, which is close by, when we visit this area. We plan to stay here again on our next visit!

Gorgeous view of grandfather mountain! The space was cute and tidy and the backyard space was by far the highlight! Loved the fire pit area and the lounge chairs where you could just lay under trees and watch the mountain. The bathroom was small for 2 people and the shower grout looked a little dirty. Other than that the stay was great and the location is awesome! We loved mountain dog coffee which is only ~5 minutes away!

Really felt right at home. Had all the essentials we could have needed and loved the hot tub and hammock additions. Perfect location, and even the trails within the area were great. Louis was so responsive and helpful with everything

This place was great. Wonderful views. Private and quiet. Non-stop hummingbirds visiting the feeder on the deck.

Even though it was a short stay for us, I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Simon’s hospitality was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Beautiful location beside the River to enjoy from the front porch. Very pleased with the accommodations. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Thank you again Simon!

This is a great pet-friendly getaway cabin, about 15 minutes outside Boone. Property was as-described, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. The property was clean, and perfect for our needs. We are looking forward to visiting again!

We had an unexpected family emergency come up and had to cancel the trip only to find out, we actual would be able to make it. Kelly was great about the cancelation and even wonderful to allow us to book again. I don’t know where we’d end up if she wasn’t so gracious and understanding! The place is exactly the peace and serenity we needed. Everything was extremely clean, great instructions, and felt like a home away from home. The drive to Boone was so pretty it didn’t seem like we drove 20min! Thank you both again so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We will recommend this place to our friends and family 100%!

We had a great time visiting the Bear's Den. The place was great, with a delightful view, many amenities, toiletries, and games. The kitchen was well equipped, and the hot tube was great!
