Nestled in the serene Mida Forest, our cottages are the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. Each cottage has 2 ensuite rooms (double and twin) and its own private plunge pool and garden space. We have back up solar power and a team of super friendly staff including a gardener, cleaner and night askari. A chef can be requested as an extra. Close to the creek, a 5 minute tuk tuk ride to the white sandy beach, and the fabulous Palm Garden Hotel just a stone's throw away! Wheelchair accessible.

I have travelled and lived all over the world, in many beautiful places, but there is nowhere that I would rather be than sitting on my amazing roof top looking over the mangroves towards Tsavo national park or relaxing by my wonderful pool. Peaceful, comfortable, secure, fully staffed (including a chef) private house with pool, unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, back up power, 3 ensuite bedrooms, a large private garden and a beatiful shaded verandah with 3 large day beds. The house is looked after by our full time chef, house girl, caretaker and night guard. The house is a 5 minute walk to the creek where you can swim in the clear waters, a 15 minute walk to the stunnning Garoda beach, and a short walk to Licht House Bar.

Nyotas-Gem

Entire private house with exclusive use of the pool, garden, terrace, and all guest areas. No other guests stay on the property. Janet, our caretaker, lives in separate accommodation near the entrance and maintains the property and pool. Her area is separate from guest spaces, and most guests have little or no interaction with her. Maximum occupancy is 3 registered guests. Visitors, parties, and events are not permitted. The beach is a 12–17 minute walk or about 3 minutes by car.

Watamu is a great location for those who want to go on safari in one of Kenya's wonderful parks or discover beautiful beaches. Malindi Airport, the nearest airport, is 20 km away.
