Located directly above the Ibra reservoir in Hessen (100 m as the crow flies) there is plenty of space for hours together, a beautiful terrace and garden for barbecues and chilling. On foot you are in 2 minutes by the lake, in a maximum of 5 minutes on the beach or at the water ski or wakeboarding facility. An open fireplace for homely hours is waiting for you.

On beautiful days, you can look forward to a view from the house up to 100 km into the distance - in any case, here you have a great view of the Kreuzberg - exit "Kanonenrohr". You also have direct view of the Kreuzbergschanze from our terrace. (Skisprungschanze Kreuzberg- Haselbach) and a footpath of about 15 minutes leads directly there.

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

Our small hideaway is a renovated duplex architect's house from 1964 with an open gallery, freestanding bathtub, Swedish stove, large wooden terrace and wonderfully green garden.
