The 80 sqm vacation home is on the first floor and is divided into 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. The living room is equipped with a comfortable leather corner couch and satellite TV. In the dining room you will find a table set for 5 adults. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop and oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartments, dishwasher, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, waffle iron, hand mixer, washing machine, all necessary kitchen utensils and dishes. In the bedroom in the gable there is a box spring bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and in the 2 bedrooms a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower and toilet. For the fifth person, a sofa bed is available on the gallery, as well as a crib. On the wooden terrace you will find the possibility to sit and lie down. You are welcome to use the adjacent fenced garden for your dogs. If you like something different, a few more steps, nooks and crannies - then you've come to the right place!

Beautiful idyllic vacation home on 3000 sqm of land Lots of hiking and biking trails offer all kinds of possibilities. In addition, there are a number of downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski trails available in winter. By car, the popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

An unobstructed view of nature at the upper edge of the village of Gersfeld OT Sandberg on a south slope at about 600 m above sea level invites you to linger. Whether spring, summer, fall or winter, it can accommodate up to 8 discerning guests.

The apartment is centrally located in the tranquil spa town of Gersfeld. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. The apartment is an independent accommodation in the annex of our main house (with separate entrance). So, you have your peace but if you have any questions, we are close. Equipped with a spacious kitchen, cozy bedroom & bathroom, there is everything you need on vacation. We look forward to it!

Idyllic farm right on the Fulda

Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in a quiet part of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In 1998, the former farm was completely renovated, with a lot of love for detail. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue corner as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with a swing and a stilt house, so there is enough space to relax and unwind.

Our 2 apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the main house of a former farm in Rengersfeld, a small district of Gersfeld. It is green and quiet here. The apartments are in mint condition and lovingly furnished. Both apartments share a very large balcony, which is separated by green plants. If you do not want us to provide bed linen + towels, please tell us. We charge €15 per set and will refund this fee if you tell us in time.
