The house, located on the mainland in South Kingstown, is called "The Havana Club" because that is the name of Cuba's most famous rum, and because I have many years' experience going there. This space is a separate apartment, approximately 800 sq ft. Outside is a spacious lawn, hammock, outdoor shower with hot water, picnic table, grill and chiminea.
