Expect all the creature comfort’s you could possibly need with the added benefit of fantastic woodland surroundings and eco credentials. Step out of the grid, away from the hustle & bustle and let your worries drift away within the sway of the trees. Each cabin easily sleeps 2 adults but can accommodate an extra 2 children sleeping on a sofa bed.

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. The Deer Leap Lakeside, Woodland Cabin

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

Park Hill Pod Farm Stay Tiny House

Welcome to Park Hill Pod, a beautiful spot in nature. Set on an authentic farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, the Pod is spacious yet cosy. It’s located just 4 miles from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and conveniently has local shops within a 5 minute drive. There’s lots of nature to observe - geese, hares, pheasants, deer but to name a few. Bring boots & wellies for walks! The Pod sits at the very bottom of our garden, however, it’s very private. The Beech Hut is a unique little studio situated in a quiet private corner of the garden of the main house. This unusual studio offers guests the perfect getaway for a relaxing mini-break in open plan spacious living. It is within walking distance of the local pub, shop and GWS steam railway and beautiful country walks are accessible directly from the door. It is also a great base to explore the Cotswolds with the lovely villages of Winchcombe and Broadway only a short drive away.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Situated on a farm, this luxury shepherd hut is unique with views of fields. Fully fitted to a very high specification and interior designed. It has all the amenities for comfort including a fully fitted shower room, hot water and flushing loo within the hut for comfort and privacy. Very cosy.
