Thank you Richard and Sacha for a fantastic stay. We stayed in the Tudor Barn family room which was delightful, really spacious, clean and the amenities provided were an added bonus. Richard and Sacha were both so welcoming and friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. Really responsive on the app and a pleasure to meet. Hopefully will return one day, thank you again!

This is a true gem of a B&B - Wonderful location with spectacular views, from a really lovely comfortable large bedroom. The bathroom was also superb with the same fantastic view! Breakfast is brilliant, so try not to eat too much the night before!! Lizzie and her husband David are extremely helpful, friendly, and will look after you. Highly recommended.

Joseph and Maria are great hosts and theirs is a lovely home with an awesome kitchen. I had great chats with Maria about our shared interest in healthy eating. I would happily stay again.

We stayed at Joan's house for two nights, the place is really quiet, clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the valley, the room had everything we needed and the bathroom was attached to the room; Joan and her husband are great hosts, very welcoming and friendly, they prepared a fantastic breakfast for us (when we asked if it was possible to have it early in the morning, 7 am, Joan smilingly said "no problem" and so it was). I hope to be able to return soon.

Very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. breakfast was absolutely superb and no expense spared to ensure you had everything you needed. very relaxed stay and i'd certainly consider it again. The house and surroundings are absolutely stunning.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at this B&B! Joan and her husband were amazing hosts, very responsive prior to arrival and very attentive whilst we were there. Breakfast in the morning was lovely as well, both vegetarian and meat options. We would definitely stay there again.

We were at an event in Sulgrave so John and Susie's home was perfect for us. Both hosts were very welcoming and a good breakfast in the morning!

This was our first time booking an airbnb and Richard and Sacha have set the bar high. The whole place is just gorgeous, from the barn itself to the dining room, patio and garden everything was lovely. It's clear that Richard and Sacha take huge pride in their home and looking after their guests. Our accommodation was exactly as described, clean and tidy with fresh bedlinen and towels. The room was well stocked with tea/coffee, cereals, fresh milk and chilled water. There was soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of toilet roll in the en-suite. We were lucky enough to stay at the weekend so had a fantastic cooked breakfast (thanks to Chef Richard) both days. We had great conversations with other guests over breakfast, it was like chatting with friends. All in all a brilliant weekend. Thanks Richard and Sacha for being such great hosts. We still have lots of exploring to do in Stratford and can't wait to make a return visit to Tudor Barn.

A home away from home. Jane was really welcoming and showed me how the window blinds and shower worked. The bedroom and ensuite were both really bright and spacious. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I had the best sleep! For breakfast, Jane had prepared a real feast for me, especially as I’m Coeliac. There was real coffee, a variety of yoghurts, fresh fruit and orange juice. Plus I could make my own gluten free toasted sandwich. Jane went out of her way to ensure that my luggage was picked up by the courier company (since I was running The Cotswold Way) and messaged me to confirm they had the right address. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Another year and another stay with Mick and Maxine - amazing hosts, so polite and generous with everything they do for guests. If you need to stay in Solihull and go to the NEC, this is the place to stay. I'll be back again next year, same time, without question!

We could not recommend Frances & Tim’s place enough. Both were very welcoming and friendly and their home is lovely. Easy parking inside the property behind the gate. The bedroom and bathroom were both very clean, spacious and cozy. The continental breakfast, which is available in the room, is delicious and varied. We wish we would have stayed longer!

Linda is so welcoming, my friend and I had a very comfortable stay. The house felt very safe and we could have asked Linda for anything! We would love to visit again if in the area.

Lovely cosy cottage, immaculately decorated and in beautiful setting. Phillida was a very welcoming host, we loved our stay.

Jean-Maurice and Sabrina have a fantastic place. Private parking and a few minutes walk to the station with regular trains into the city. Incredibly quiet. Absolutely zero traffic news. Loft conversion was beautifully done and spotlessly clean with everything you need. Such a friendly family as well and happy to share their kitchen and garden with their guests. I loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to return if they’ll have me. ❤️

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. The cottage and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful - perfect for a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage is extremely charming and the gardens and nearby lake make it even more so (also fantastic views from our room). The cottage has lots to offer, with lovely walks and nearby villages to explore in the area. Our stay was truly unforgettable - my partner and I can't wait to be back!
